A Better Concept to Increase Security and Democracy

Terrorists come almost exclusively from countries without human rights and without any way to express dissent. The U.S. has presented a bad model for other countries by utilizing measures on its war on terrorism that violate international law.

Security will only be achieved if the war on terrorism is consistent with international human rights standards.
